A.Trainee Entry Qualifications
Based on TESDA Training Regulations, trainees or students should possess the following qualifications:
For Automotive Servicing NC II
- Can communicate both oral and written;
- Physically and mentally fit;
- Has good moral character;
- Can perform basic mathematical computation; and
- Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public Health Officer
For Driving NC II
- Has good moral character;
- Can communicate both oral and written
- Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public Health Officer
For Machining NC II
- Has good moral character;
- Can communicate both oral and written; and
- Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public Health Officer
For Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II
- Has completed training in SMAW NC I, or a holder of SMAW NC I
- Can communicate both oral and written
- Can perform basic mathematical computation
- Physically fit and mentally healthy as certified by a Public Health Officer
B. Institutional Requirements

- High School Card (F 137A if high school graduate)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- ID Picture (4 pcs. 1×1)
- Barangay/ Police Clearance
- Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
- NCAE
- YP4SC
For Transferees
- Transcript of Records (if applicable)
- Honorable Dismissal
- Barangay/ Police Clearance
- ID Picture (4 pcs. 1×1)
- Birth Certificate (photocopy)
- Marriage Certificate (if married)
