Maribel C. Guerra, RSW, MPA, Executive Director of Br. Polycarp iComDev Foundation, was awarded the Most Outstanding Social Worker 2022 under the ABSNet (Area Based Standards Network) Category by the ASEAN Social Work Consortium and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) last June 19, 2022 during the celebration of International Social Workers Day.
ASEAN Social Work Consortium and DSWD recognized the contributions of Mrs. Guerra to the society for sharing her resources, time, and expertise in providing enhanced service delivery and better opportunities to disadvantaged families and communities.
