Cor Jesu College delegation joins PACSA National Convention

The annual convention was participated in by the different schools coming from various regions of the country. This annual activity is for campus student leaders and advisers all over the Philippines.

Cor Jesu College on its 5th time was able to participate in the said event. The school ranked in the different competitions as part of the activities of the said convention. Lady Lou Tabudlong, the Vice Governor of the Engineering and Technology Division was hailed as champion in the extemporaneous speaking competition. She bested 12 other participants from various regions. Justine Magdadaro, the CSG President of Cor Jesu was declared as third place in the vocal duet competition. Magdadaro together with a student leader from San Pedro College, Davao City contested six other participants. Lastly, Lester Padilla, the governor of the Engineering and Technology division emerged as third place in the essay writing competition.

In addition, Dr. Rogelio P. Bayod, the Director of student Services Center, was elected as Public Relation Officer of the Executive Board in the PACSA-National.

I am so grateful that our campus leaders do not just participate for the sake of learning but they also participate to express the talents and skills that they have. They were able to participate the event productively, thus giving pride and honor to Cor Jesu community.”  – beamed a proud Dr. Bayod.
