DR. ANDI ASRIFAN, S.Pd., M.Pd. is a lecturer in the Faculty of Teachers Training and Education, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang (UMS Rappang) in South Sulawesi, Indonesia.
He is also the head of Students and Alumni Affairs of Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang (UMS Rappang). He received his Ph.D. (Language Education, Concentration in English Language) and the M.Pd. (Master Pendidikan/ Master of Education) from the State University of Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia in 2018 and 2011, respectively. He received his Bachelor’s degree (S.Pd.) in Faculty of Teachers Training and Education from Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare, South Sulawesi, Indonesia, in 2007.
He has published research articles in leading journals and conference proceedings, including Scopus and Thomson Reuters.
His research interest is in English Language Teaching (ELT), ESP, Linguistics, and technology in education. He is a full member of HimpunanPenerjemah Indonesia/ Association of Indonesian Translator (HPI-01-19-3105).
He is a Member of Laureate – Cambridge Online Language Learning Research Network (OLLReN). He is an editorial board member and reviewer in some International and National Journals.
“Research Productivity Framework in Education”
DR. LEONILO BASAS CAPULSO, is a multi-awarded Filipino researcher, motivational speaker, and teacher from Pampanga, Philippines. He is a Senior High School Master Teacher ( MT- 1) at San Matias National High School, SDO Pampanga, Region III KO Fernando, Pampanga. He is a Dangal ng Bayan Awardee of the Civil Service Commission – Honor Awards Program (CSC-HAP), Region III as an Outstanding Government Worker. He was also awarded as Most Outstanding Teacher of Department of Education Region 3 and the School Division Office of Pampanga.
At present, he is the President and CEO of Beyond Books Publication, a self-publishing company, that caters to books and research journal publications indexed in the National Library of the Philippines with International Serial Book Number (ISBN) and International Standard Serial Number (ISSN). He is also the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Advanced Multidisciplinary Studies (IJAMS) that publishes action research, feasibility studies, capstone projects, book reviews, and full-blown research studies using IMRAD -APA format version 7 on a quarterly basis.
As a research advocate, it has been his advocacy to promote the culture of research and productivity by developing school-based research management in the region and the countryside. He has initiated research capacity building write-shops and online training for new researchers in the government and private schools and institutions.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education (BSED) major in Religious Education from Colegio de la Purisima Concepcion- Roxas City. Capiz and Master in Religious Studies (MRS) – Catechetics ( CUM LAUDE ) from Don Bosco Center of Studies, Paranaque City – an affiliate of Salesian Pontifical University, Rome, Italy. He took a Master of Arts in Education (MAEd – bridge course) from De La Salle University- Dasmarinas. Recently, he has just defended his Dissertation for his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) Dissertation entitled “An Emerging Model In Promoting and Enhancing Research Productivity in Basic Education” from the University of the Assumption, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

DR. DJUWARI, DJUWARI is the Associate Professor at Universitas Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Surabaya since 1989. He is currently the Head of Language Laboratory. He graduated from Teacher Training and Education of English Department, focusing on English for Specific Purposes (ESP) at Surabaya State University (UNESA) in 1987; Master Degree in English Applied Linguistics, with his thesis on Syllabus Design for Students of Economics, from Catholic University, Atmajaya Jakarta in 1997; and Doctor in Language Education (Applied Linguistics), with his Dissertation on Academic Writing, using Genre Approach for Analyzing the International Conference Papers, from State University of Malang (UM), Malang in 2009. He is also the president of the International Association of Scholarly Publishers, Editors, and Reviewers (IASPER).
“Social-Emotional Learning: A Neuroscientific Approach”
PROF. RANIA LAMPOU is a Global Educator, a STEM instructor, and an ICT teacher-trainer in Greece. She has a post-graduate degree (M.Ed.) in language teaching related to cognitive neurosciences and she is also a passionate researcher on cognitive neurosciences and neuroeducation. Currently, she is a STEM instructor at the Greek Astronomy and Space Company (Annex of Salamis) and she is also working at the Greek Ministry of Education, at the Directorate of Educational Technology and Innovation where she writes STE(A)M projects for Greek schools.
She has been awarded many national and international prizes (over 100) and she is a “Global Teacher Award 2020” (AKS Awards) winner and a “Global Teacher Prize 2019” finalist (Varkey Foundation). Recently she has been selected as “Global Icon 2020” featured in “Passion Vista” Magazine, among the top 10 women entrepreneurs featured in “Fortune” and among the “100 most successful women in business” featured in an Amazon book by“Global Trade Chamber”.She promotes STEM vision by introducing STEM in astronomy and physics projects and combines STEM with Language Teaching. She is the founder and international coordinator of many innovative international projects that focus on the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals described in the 2030 Agenda. She is also an author of scientific books for kids.
Furthermore, she is a social activist, a global peace ambassador, senior advisor of United Nations Peace-Keepers Federal Council (UNPKFC), an ambassador of the Ecumenical Delphic Union. She is also a member of the educational committee of the Ecumenical Delphic Union in collaboration with Harvard University. She has received many humanitarian and peace awards from International Humanitarian Organizations.

She is an Editorial Board Member of many journals.She has presented her research in numerous international conferences and e-conferences and she has published work in various journals.

PROF. CLIFF RANSOM WENDELL B. LILANGAN earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Central Mindanao University, awarded as the first student at Central Mindanao University to finish his course in 3 and a half years only without summer classes while graduating Magna cum laude at the same time. He finished his Master’s degree in Public Service Management at Capitol University, Cagayan de Oro City.
Currently, while teaching at Holy Angel University in Pampanga, he is also finishing his Doctorate of Public Administration at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.
He has been conferred the Honorary Doctorate Award of Social Work (Honoris Causa) by the United Nobles Rescue Services (Service to God and Humanity) last October 17, 2020. He has been conferred the Outstanding Dignitary Award for 2021, the World Peace Icon Award 2020, the Humanitarian Medal 2020, the Mahatma Gandhi Peace Award for Social Services 2020, and many other accolades. He has also been selected as Philippine Representative in the Australasia Philadelphia Youth Camp held in Australia for 5 years, in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2017, and 2019.
Dr. Lilangan is both a research and language enthusiast. His research entitled, “Nihongo Gakushuu: The Interplay of Hiragana, Katakana, and Romaji in Japanese Language Learning” won him two international awards, namely, Best Abstract in Education and Best in Oral Presentation during the International Multidisciplinary Research Conference held in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Just this January 30-31, 2021, Prof. Lilangan and his Korean co-researcher bagged the Best Paper in Business and Economics award for their conference paper titled “Perspectives and Lived Experiences of Samsung Data Systems Employees in Thailand towards International Logistics Risks: A Phenomenological Study” during the Asia Pacific E-Conference on Multidisciplinary Research.
Aside from teaching Social Sciences, he also serves as the Adviser of the Holy Angel University-University Student Council and is a member of the Holy Angel University-Institutional Review Board (formerly the Ethical Review Board Committee).
