Seven Master of Business Administration (MBA) students from Cor Jesu College presented their respective research during the 15th International Public Health and Bioethics Ambassadors Conference last March 5-7, 2021, sponsored by the American University Sovereign Nations (AUSN) and Eubios Ethics Institute.

The conference, hosted by Professor Darryl Macer, AUSN president, was attended by experts and scholars worldwide.

“There was so much pressure and worries presenting in an international conference because I do not have enough confidence.  However, after the presentation, I felt so proud and honored to be part of it.  Indeed, it was an awesome experience,” Baby Ann Lutero, a second-year MBA student, commented.

“I felt so nervous, while at the same time happy and privileged for such a once-in-a-lifetime experience.  I was honored to share my study with brilliant people.  Likewise, I felt grateful for receiving comments that are so supportive to my cause,” Angel Fe Davis added.

It was the first time for the 7 MBA students to present a paper, much more in an international conference.

“I felt so blessed and happy because being a presenter in an international conference meant a lot to me.  The company, where I am presently connected, congratulated me.  It was a nice experience that I will treasure in my Life.  I can say that I am fortunate to be a product of CJC,” Lycel B. Geyrozaga, commented.

All the researches presented were related to business and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Presenting my research in the international arena was a privilege. I considered it as the beginning of another journey towards unlocking more privileges in the future. I felt nervous, but the joy and fulfillment in my heart overpowered it because this study helped present the success stories of the Filipino farmers in Kapatagan amid COVID-19 pandemic”, shared Esperanza R. Yumang, one of the presenters.
